Please get familiar with our Returns & Exchange policy prior making your order.


We won’t accept any returns of personalized items (items that are specifically made for the customer’s request, these include but are not limited to: personalized engravings, personalized accessories & personalized apparel), the remaining items in our store can be returned within 7 days of receiving your product in its original packaging, the return shipping charge is to be paid by the customer.


We don’t accept exchanges of personalized items, other items can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your product, please send it back in its original packaging. All shipping fees in the exchange process shall be paid by the customer, this includes the return shipping and the shipping fee to send your item back to you. We will issue a shipping payment request once we’ll receive your item.

If your item is personalized and you wish to exchange it, please contact us & we’ll try to work this out with you.


If you have received an item from us that has a defect, or a personalized mistake made by us, please return it within 7 days to receive a full refund or a replacement.


We accept a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.


If a refund needs to be issued, we will process it within 48 hours. We can’t issue a refund for shipping charges unless the item has defects or mistakes made by Monday Monarch.
