Processing Time

We ship packages twice a week, it would take several days to prepare your order, usually about 3 – 5 days. For non personalized items we’ll process them quicker.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us prior making your order.

 

Estimated Shipping Times

We only ship to select countries, if your country isn’t eligible for shipping you’ll receive a note during checkout.

  • North America 8 – 12 business days.
  • Europe 8 – 12 business days.
  • Australia & New Zealand 10 – 14 business days.

We use expedited international shipping with tracking number.

Please note that these periods are estimated, and can take longer.

 

Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address given on your order is correct and up to date.

All orders are shipped from Israel to the following countries:

USA, Canada, Austria, Italy, Belgium, UK, Germany, Denmark, Holland, Spain, Poland, Portugal, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong, Norway, Ireland, Finland

Due to the international nature of our shipments, we can’t change the destination address once item leaves our facility, Please carefully check your shipping address when you make your order.

 

Customs

We are not responsible for any expenses you may occur during transport such as custom charges and fees when importing our products into your country of destination, it’s the soul responsibility of the buyer to insure if he could pay those taxes/fees prior of making the order.

Returns and Cancellations

Your satisfaction is very important to us and it is our number #1 priority. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours so that we wont start working on your order.

If you aren’t satisfied with your product, please contact us and we promise you that we’ll do our best to understand and try to fix the problem.

We usually don’t accept returns/exchanges since our items are made to order and personalized to each client individually, however we are open to discussion and hearing about any issues that you may have.

If a mistake has been made on our part, please contact us for a replacement at no additional cost.
