PROCESSING

From initially processing your order details, engraving, assembling, then packing and preparing it for shipping - it usually takes 1-4 business days. Processing time can increase during the busy holiday season.

SHIPPING

We ship our orders via standard USPS shipping for domestic orders and offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above 20$. 

Shipping is usually between 4-8 days for USA orders, 8-14 working days for Canada, 5-10 working days for UK. 10-14 working days to Australia. 8-14 working days to Europe.

This timeline doesn't include weekends and holidays. Please note that these periods are estimated and can take longer due to delays on the courier's end.When placing your order, always make sure your shipping address is correct and up to date as the store won't be responsible for stolen, lost, or undelivered items.If you need your order asap - please contact us prior to making your purchase in order to make sure you will receive it on time.

Simply add as many items as you like to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with your order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "Proceed to checkout".  Follow the instructions by providing us your delivery information, select your preferred payment method and you're done!

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email.
We will ship your order within 1-5 business days which is our processing time and update you with your tracking number via email.

If you made your purchase as a guest and don't have an account with us - simply check your email in order to locate your order confirmation email that we sent to you after you made your purchase. If you have several email accounts and you are not sure which one was submitted during purchase,  please check them all in order to locate your confirmation email. Please don't forget to check also in your spam folders..

If you have an account with us, simply login and see the tracking status of your order under "My Orders" tab in your account. If you made your purchase as a guest and don't have an account with us - simply check your email in order to locate your order confirmation email that we sent to you after you made your purchase. If you have several email accounts and you are not sure which one was submitted during purchase, please check them all in order to locate your confirmation email.
Once you have located your confirmation email, you can easily check your order status by submitting your tracking number or order number in our
Order Tracking page. If you are unsuccessful in locating your confirmation email, please feel free to Contact us and our lovely customer support team will try to assist!  

GIFT WRAPPING
All orders are shipped in a pretty gift box and are ready to be given as a gift to your favorite person.
If you are buying multiple items - We will package them all together in ONE gift box. If you would like separate boxes (bigger envelope), please add a message to your order during checkout.
All packages are being shipped without a receipt inside the envelope. The receipt will be sent in your order confirmation email.

GIFT NOTES
You can also add a gift note to your order by simply type your message at the checkout notes box. 
All gift notes are free of charge and will be printed on a regular print paper. 






RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is very important to us and is our number one priority!If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for new, unworn items if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we don't accept returns for custom made items, such as engraved pieces. 

Our official Return Policy:

- Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

- Please ship the items back to us within 35 days of delivery.

- Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. 

- The original shipping cost won't be refunded.

- In the case of an exchange -  All shipping fees in the exchange process will be paid by the customer.

If you have been found eligible for a refund, you will receive it via the payment method you have used to place your order with us. We do not offer any repair or resizing service. However, if you want to alter your item, we can send you a 2'' extenser for your necklace or bracelet. you wish for a different size necklace than you've ordered - we have a discount option for returning customers. Please see it here.

All our bracelets come as a full length of 7.5", made from a 6.25" chain with a 1.25" extender, so in total you will get a one size bracelet with room to play with length.

If you would like to measure your arm just in case, you can use an existing bracelet, or a strip of paper and wrap it around your arm to measure where it overlaps to see if the size is good. If your arm size is petite (smaller than 6.25" ), please let us know in the "NOTE" section on checkout so we can accommodate accordingly.

For most of our necklaces we use a 16" necklace with a 2" extender, which means you get to play with it's length from 16" up to 18" .

If you have a specific size - smaller than 16" or larger than 18" let us know in the "NOTE" section on checkout and we'll happily accommodate.

You can easily measure your preferred necklace length with a ribbon or a thread. When you're sure how long you want the necklace to go, mark where it overlaps, and measure the distance with a ruler. If your measurements are between 16" and 18" - most of our necklaces will fit you perfectly.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

We except cancellations or order changes within 12 hours after they were placed. After that point, we are starting to process your order and it cannot be altered/cancelled. 

If your order hasn't been processed yet , we will gladly issue you a refund for your purchase.
You will be refunded via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

MATERIALS & CARING TIPS
All our chains, plates and pedants are made of 
14k Gold Filled , 14k gold plated or 925 Sterling Silver materials. Although we try to work with the best materials possible and provide the best quality we can, we do recommend on the following caring tips for your new MM jewelry in order it will last longer and keeps its shine:  

- Avoiding chemicals or environments that may affect the jewelry.  Such as, but not limited to - salt water, soap/cleaning products, chlorine, sweat, perfume, etc.

- We strongly recommend taking off your jewelry before going to bed, showering, or taking part in any physical activity in order to prevent sweat and chemicals effecting the jewel. 

- Storing your jewelry in a closed zip lock bag or a closed jewelry case in order to prevent it from exposing to the air and maintain its shine.

Our Jewelry is hand crafted from the finest materials, designed and manufactured for everyday wear. Our goal is to create the best quality items that we can:

- Our Personalized engraved line is made from 14k Gold Filled and Sterling Silver, USA sourced. You can find 14k GF stamp on our Gold Filled necklaces clasps and Gold Filled earrings.
- Our Sterling Silver items are Rhodium plated to prevent tarnish and have a 925 stamp on them.
- Our new essential collections are made from 14k plated brass, with thick plating so that they'll last longer.

None of our pieces contains allergens like nickel, so it's ideal for most people with sensitive skin. Our 14K Gold Filled, Sterling Silver and 14K Gold Plated over brass jewelry works well for most people, but it's possible to have a reaction while wearing the item because your skin could be more sensitive than other's.
