"I contacted Monday Monarch as soon as my order arrived because one of the four earrings I ordered had a faulty, loose clasp and is completely unusable. I sent the requested photos and a video showing the fault and even said I’d be happy to return the earring for a replacement, as I genuinely like the jewellery and the other three earrings are great. When I followed up, they played dumb and asked me to send photos of the issue again, despite the fact I’d already done so in my original email. Since then, they’ve gone completely silent. I was hesitant about ordering after reading other reviews mentioning poor customer service when something goes wrong and customers having to resort to chargebacks because they couldn’t get a response. Listen to your gut and don’t order from here as my experience has been exactly the same. The jewellery itself seems nice, but if you receive a faulty item, don’t expect any meaningful after-sales support. Completely disappointing and not to mention - illegal!"
